Directions for Finding our Campground

Our campground is located near the town of Walkerton, Ontario
on Bruce County Road 4 which is the main highway
between Hanover and Walkerton. We are situated about 3 kilometres east of Walkerton on the south side of the road.

Approximately 1 hour drive north of the Kitchener / Guelph area
and 1 hour drive south of Owen Sound. The major highways # 6, # 9, # 10 and # 4
all lead north to Bruce County Road 4.

The Saugeen Riverbank Campground is within easy driving distance of the GTA area. While obeying the road speed limits, it only takes 2 hours and 15 minutes to travel from Toronto to our park.

There are many different routes that can be taken. Hwy 410 to Hwy9 (CR109) is the quickest way to reach Walkerton.

No matter which route you take, bumper to bumper traffic is rare up this way. You won’t see anything like the traffic jams experienced on the trek to the Muskoka and Haliburton regions.

So, relax and enjoy the drive while taking in the scenery and lots of fresh air.
